Scratches and more Scratches...How to Avoid Them?

Just within a short span of 1 week, my bonnet was scratched twice, I am not talking about those slight scratches but these are deep ones, I suspect it's lorry but thinking deeper, it could just ben some inconsiderate idiots carrying some heavy equipment on their back which caused it. I do work in a place where lorries come in and out of the compound. After this incident, I no longer parked in the same spot but have switched to the parrallel parking lots. Just a tad bit safer.

I am left with no choice but to spray paint the bonnet was those deep cuts can cause rust to develop which can cause even more serious damage. I brought it to a nearby spray paint workshop located in Alexandra area, was give a quote of $150 which I thought was quite steep but for the sake of convenience, I accepted the quote. And since I was at it, I topped up another $50 to fix my front bumper too. It's not cheap but they did a good job.

So take my advice...avoid parking under old big trees, branches can come down quite hard on the car...best of all avoid parking in crowd area...sigh...almost impossible in singapore...well just the risk one has to bare driving in Singapore!!!
