Bmw e36 A/C Compressor

The above are pictures of the faulty and reconditioned bmw e36 compressors.

Problem with the bmw e36 compressor...I usually find it extremely cold to turn on the ac in the morning, but some reason when I tried doing so, the ac was working really well, in fact too well, after driving for distance, I heard a loud screeching sound and thought nothing about it until I realized it was getting stuffy in the car.

That's when I decided to pay my mechanic a visit, and according to them, the compressor has been KO. The new replacement would set me back by $900 Singapore dollars, but a re-conditioned compressor is half the price.

Obviously I went for the latter. The whole process took almost 3 hours to be completed, I managed to capture a few shots of the interior of the car. Check it out...
